When they founded the Cérévia marketing union in 2008, the five cooperative groups involved put in place a large-scale organisation to provide a logistics service for the quality cereals produced by farmers in Burgundy, Franche-Comté and Rhône-Alpes.
Cérévia serves farmers and their cooperatives, as well as its purchaser clients on the cereal market.
An evocative name
Cérévia is present on the French domestic market and has significantly expanded its presence in the Mediterranean Basin.
Today, 80% of cereals marketed by Cérévia are sold on a “delivered to factories and ports” basis. Cérévia provides storage and logistics for its clients, always maintaining a commitment to service quality and responsiveness.
Cérévia’s strength also lies in being able to rely on the skills of its member cooperatives in order to meet the markets’ expectations, in terms of quality but also innovation.
